A guide to how our service works
When you instruct us to produce a tour we will visit your property or business. For residential tours we can meet you at the property, contact vendors or pick up keys from your office. For commercial tours it may be best to complete the tour out of hours or during a quiet period of the day.

The property or space should be clean and tidy to showcase it at its best.

We visit your property or business with our special 360 cameras to scan multiple shots, as well as external shots if appropriate. We can also measure up for a professional floorplan. The visit should take around an hour for an average property and between one and two hours for commercial tours.

We then process the virtual tour and create a guided or highlight tour depending on preference. We can also add floating interactive tags to draw attention to highlights of a property or business.

Once the tour is completed we can send a link or code to embed the tour in your website. The tour can also be added to property portals.
The standard hosting period for residential tours is six months. This can be extended if required. The standard hosting period for commercial tours is one year. This can be extended when required. If you wish to update your tour with new shots during your hosting period we can offer a 30% discount.

A guide to navigate our 360 virtual tours
Navigating our 360 virtual tours is simple and straight forward. For mouse users simply click the left mouse button and scroll left and right and up and down to view the space and point and click in the direction you wish to travel within the tour. For tablet and smart phone users simply touch hold down on the screen to view the space and touch the screen in the direction you wish to travel.

To view the guided or slideshow click the play button in the bottom left hand corner. To the right there are buttons to view the 3d dollhouse version and the floor plan version. You can also use the measurement feature to get an approximate measurement between two points. The tours can be viewed using VR headsets for an immersive experience.
